It started in 2009 with one man, one oven, and an unwavering belief that great pizza could change people's days.
Marcus "Jet" Callahan grew up watching his grandmother hand-toss dough in her small kitchen in Naples, Italy. When he moved to Aurora, Colorado, he brought with him her recipes, her techniques, and her belief that food is an expression of love. What began as homemade pies shared with neighbors eventually became Jet's Pizza — a full-service pizzeria rooted in authentic flavor and community spirit.
Today, Jet's Pizza serves hundreds of families every week from our location on E Alameda Ave. We still make our dough fresh each morning, source our ingredients locally when possible, and refuse to cut corners on quality — because Jet wouldn't have it any other way.

The First Oven is Lit
Marcus "Jet" Callahan opens a tiny 400 sq ft kitchen on E Alameda Ave, serving neighbors and local regulars with hand-tossed pies made from his grandmother's recipes.
Aurora's Favorite Pizza
Jet's Pizza is named "Best Local Pizzeria" by Aurora's community newspaper. Word of mouth drives lines out the door and a full dining room every weekend.
Online Ordering Launched
We launch our digital ordering platform, making it easy for families across Aurora to get their favorite pizzas delivered hot to their doorstep in under 40 minutes.
New Location & Full Renovation
We move into our current expanded Unit F-1 space with a full dining room, open kitchen concept, and a new wood-fired oven flown in directly from Italy.
Catering & Events Division
We launch our catering arm, serving corporate events, weddings, and birthday parties across the Denver Metro area with fresh on-site pizza stations.
Franchise Program Opens
After years of perfecting the Jet's model, we open our franchise program — giving passionate pizza lovers the chance to bring the Jet's experience to new communities.
